Privacy Notice Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
A) Data Controller and Representative In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the “LPPD”), your personal data may be processed by CDMVision Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), acting in the capacity of data controller, within the scope described below.
B) Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your collected personal data will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD for the following purposes: ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons who have a business relationship with our Company; carrying out the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; customizing and recommending the products and services offered by our Company according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs; determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies; and ensuring the execution of our Company’s human resources policies.
C) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD for the purposes of: ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and those in a business relationship with us; providing you with our products and services; customizing services according to your preferences; and executing Company strategies and HR policies.
D) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and based on different legal grounds to carry out our commercial activities. Your personal data collected for these legal reasons may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in sections (b) and (c) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD.
E) Rights of the Personal Data Owner Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set out below in this Privacy Notice, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.
Within this scope, personal data owners have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request rectification of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the LPPD and other relevant laws, and request notification of this operation to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the LPPD, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Board has not determined any specific method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing.

- Send it via notary public or other methods specified in the LPPD,
- Send the relevant form to info@cdmvision.com with a secure electronic signature.
